About Our Meetings

SCRTC holds General meetings during the last quarter of the calendar year, plus additional meetings as needed throughout the year. The Annual Meeting — where officers and directors are elected — also takes place in the last quarter of the year.

Meetings may be held in person or virtually (video conferencing/teleconferencing), and all voting members in good standing are welcome to attend.
